Its my role here at Maggie's in Manchester to devise and implement the fundraising strategy to ensure we can be here for everyone with cancer and their loved ones at our absolutely stunning and very friendly centre. I absolutely love involving my team in our planning, supporting them on big projects, and creating great opportunities to gain professional experience and personal development. Maggie's is an incredible charity to work for and you get to be part of something really exciting and inspiring.

With the help of my brilliant team, we've grown the revenue income at Maggie's from zero to over £1m per year over the last 9 years. We work on all areas of fundraising so being a part of this team is great for getting a real depth of experience and we are very successful in corporate, high-value events and superb relationships. 
Before Maggie's I managed the community fundraising teams across the North West and Yorkshire for Marie Curie. I believe in empowering my team to be the best they can be and working together to achieve truly great things!
