4. Do you use an anonymous application process?
Yes, we use an anonymous application process at Maggie’s.
We implemented anonymous application forms to ensure we can attract and recruit a diverse set of applicants and make positive steps to protect everyone who wants to work for us against discrimination due to their name or sex.
This anonymous application process means that when you apply, the hiring manager cannot see any of your personal details, for example, your name, your contact details, or any equality and diversity data that you may provide.
Our recruitment system takes care of this, so you can just upload your CV as normal, you don't need to make any changes.
